This just in... Colonel Barnard has won $1 million and Has NO IMMEDIATE PLANS!!! I just find that funny; Colonel Barnard told lottery officials he has no immediate plans for his winnings. Normally, people will say something... buying a new car, home renovations, children's education, investments. But, nooooo, not Barnard; he has no plans!
Colonel Barnard won $1 million in Georgia Lottery's 15th Anniversary Millionaire Extravaganza instant scratch game. The game, in celebration of Georgia Lottery's 15th anniversary costs $20 per ticket and offers six $5 million prizes, nine $1 million prizes, and more.
Barnard purchased the winning ticket at City Limits Food Mart in Gray, Georgia. And, it didn't even faze him. He just calmly drove home and told his wife. His wife was a little more emotional; she was in disbelief.
Barnard did, however, say that the prize is awesome!
