Dreams do come true, right? They did for Janice Johnson. She said that "It's a dream come true to spend $5 and win $100,000." We agree! And, so does her brother, Emmanuel. That's because he knows the feeling of winning money in the lottery. He won $10,000 a year prior to Janice winning.
Janice won her money on Louisiana Lottery's 'Stacks of Cash' instant scratch game. She always lets her mother scratch her lotto tickets because her mother she is good luck. Her mom scratched the winning ticket and jokingly said that she was mad because it wasn't her ticket. However, Janice does plan on buying her mother a car with her winnings.
Janice bought her winning ticket at Racetrac on Harding Blvd in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
