Lionel bought his ticket at Canadian Tire Gas Bar on Regent Avenue in Winnipeg. When he checked the ticket to verify it, he thought the screen showed a $17,000 win. He must've been happy about that. But, imagine his surprise when the clerk told him he won $173,418. That's when he must've done the Lotto 6/49 Happy Dance.
The Lotto 6/49 Happy Dance is a television commercial series showing various people dancing after they find out they won the Lotto 6/49 jackpot.
