Mihkel Lougas, a 73 year old man from North York, Ontario, Canada (Toronto) checked his Lotto Super 7 numbers in the Toronto Sun newspaper one morning and found that he won the jackpot. $2.5 million!!!
Mihkel is a married father of two and has three grandchildren. He plans to share with them all, including going on a cruise.
The lottery ticket was a Christmas present (December, 2008). He said it was the best present he ever received. We agrree. That was a good present.
The Super 7 is a lottery where players must match 7 numbers out of 47. The odds of winning are almost 1 in 21 million and it costs $2 per play.
