In Louisiana, you have to be at least 21 years old to play the lottery. There's no maximum age. This was confirmed by Camile Anthony Kelley. The 85 year old man won $200,000 in Powerball through Louisiana Lottery Corporation on March 31, 2007. This proves that you're never too old to win the lottery!
Kelley was stunned and said that he doesn't have any immediate plans for the money. He should hurry up, though. Time is ticking down.
