Gilbert Lussier is a rich man from St Albans, Vermont. You'd be lucky if you knew him. That's because he likes to give money away for free. Gilbert has given money to a lot of people since he won $4,475,000 on December 9, 2006. However he has slowed down, so you probably shouldn't look up his phone number to call and beg.
When Gilbert Lussier won the lottery, he paid off the mortgage on his house, then bought another one. He also purchased a new RV and threw a big party with lots of alcohol and booze. He sure knows how to party!
Funny thing, though. With all that money, Gilbert still brings his empty bottles in for refunds. I guess those few coins are still worth the trip.
