I'm quite excited about this because I'm bald and have never won the lottery. So, I figured that the lotto discriminates against us baldies. But not so! Kevin Smith won the second prize in Lotto 6/49. Now I know that there's still hope for me.

At the time of his win, Kevin Smith was living in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada (If you don't know where that is, don't worry - You don't wanna know. It's way too cold there). One day he was meeting up with some friends for lunch, when he saw a lottery kiosk. That's when he realized that he had a Lotto 6/49 ticket to check. That's when he checked it at the kiosk scanner and realized that he won. All Kevin could say was that he was stunned when he found out he won. I hope Kevin got an extra steak for lunch, since he could now really afford it.
