Mercedes Marriot should buy a BMW and stay at the Hilton. Just kidding, no she shouldn't. She should buy whatever car she wants to and stay at whatever hotel she wants to. She could sure afford it.
Mercedes Marriot is a lottery winner. Yes, that is her real name. It sounds so cool, doesn't it? Mercedes Marriot. Sounds like a Hollywood movie star name.
Mercedes Marriot won the jackpot in the $200 Million Spectacular instant scratch-off game from Florida Lottery. The Orlando, Florida woman won $1 million, the top-prize which had odds of winning set at 1-in-1.5-million. The $10 ticket also has other prizes, ranging from $10 to $20,000.
Marriot is pictured here with her family during the check-presentation ceremony. She said that she first thought she had won $1000, but when the retailer checked it and told her it was a million dollar winner, she couldn't believe it. She still in shock.
Actually, we do have some advice for Mercedes. Forget about buying a Benz or a BMW and forget about staying at the Marriott or Hilton. Buy an Audi and stay at The Four Seasons. It's better!
