Louis Jay has all the luck. The teen student won $100 on an instant scratch-off lottery ticket on his 18th birthday. Pretty cool, eh? But wait, one year later, he was still a teen and still a student; on his 19th birthday, he won $1 million on another instant scratch lottery ticket. It keeps getting better and better. At the rate he's going, he he's due to win $100 billion on his 20th birthday. Ok, maybe not.
Louis Jay won $1 million in the Mega Bucks Jackpot instant scratch off lottery ticket from Maryland Lottery in July of 2007. at the time, he was a Towson University sophomore student and planned to use the money to pay for his and his brother's tuition. His brother was also a student. Aside from that, he also planned to buy a car and invest the rest.
