Jack plays a lot of lottery games, usually buying tickets every day, Monday to Friday. He stores all of his tickets underneath his car visor. Then, once a week, he takes all of his tickets to the store to check them. That's what he did on Monday, July 18 - He grabbed his stack of tickets and checked them. That's when he found out that he won the $6.4 million. He says he'll always remember that day - Monday July 18 2011 at 10 am - The day he won the Washington State Lotto.
